Simi Tree Talent Solutions is a leading search firm for the Behavioral / Mental Health industry. Our client is looking for a full-time Social Worker or Mental Health Counselor for a growing an Outpatient Clinic in the Parkersburg, WV area.

• Experienced with patients who have Serious Mental Illness.
• Experienced with co-occurring substance use disorders.
• Substance Abuse Experience (SUD) preferred.

• Two years of mental health therapy and counseling experience.

• Master’s degree required.
• Ability to work on-site.
• Strong written, verbal, and listening, patient report building, and assessment skills.

• Perform diagnostic assessments with treatment recommendations.
• Develop an individualized treatment plan using appropriate diagnostic criteria.
• Build relationships with a diverse set of patients.
• Work collaboratively with prescribers, clinicians, and families.

The compensation scale listed is ageneral salary range and is not intended to represent the actual annual or hourly compensation rate for this role.
