IT Project Manager, IT Consultant
Next Path Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a VP of IT - Manufacturing to join our client’s team in Parkersburg, West Virginia. This is an onsite, direct hire position.
SALARY: $190,000–$200,000 (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS- Senior IT leadership experience, ideally 2–3+ years at VP/CIO/director level
- Strong manufacturing IT experience
- Collaborative and approachable
- Hands-on and willing to roll up sleeves
- Excellent listener and trust builder
- Comfortable leading highly tenured employees
- Able to navigate organizational change
- Business-minded rather than solely technology-focused
- Manage cybersecurity and risk mitigation efforts
- Oversee customer-facing technology and system integrations
- Lead AI adoption and implement practical automation solutions
- Support technology needs for new product launches
- Facilitate systems integration for future acquisitions
- Drive technology support for future growth initiatives
