Senior In‑House Litigation Attorney – Epic

Join Epic’s legal team as a senior in‑house litigation attorney. The role is based in Madison, WI, and requires relocation with full financial assistance.

You will manage complex litigation, counsel on regulatory, competition, healthcare and other risk areas, and represent Epic in high‑stakes legal proceedings. Your work will help Epic expand globally, win multi‑million‑dollar disputes, and protect the company’s interests.

• Lead strategy and management for complex litigation and regulatory matters.
• Draft motions, briefs, depose witnesses, and argue oral matters.
• Negotiate settlements and counsel on risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with vendors, industry partners, and internal stakeholders.

• JD and experience in litigation, risk mitigation, and regulatory matters.
• Proven litigation record: motions, briefs, depositions, oral arguments, settlement negotiations, trial.
• Experience in competition or regulatory litigation a plus.
• Strong communication, analytical, writing skills and attention to detail.
