Overview

Sub-Acute, Long-Term Care is a sector of healthcare with growing potential and work-life balance flexibility (no on-call or weekends).

We are seeking a full-time (40 hours/week) Nurse Practitioner for our Parkersburg Care Center and Willows Center, both in Parkersburg, WV.

The salary range is $93,500 to $110,950/year.

Responsibilities

The Advanced Practice Provider reports to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager. They collaborate on-site with Center Leadership and with Medical Directors or Attending Physicians for patient care. They provide primary and urgent care to residents, working with other medical staff to improve health outcomes.

Qualifications

Must be a graduate of an accredited Nursing program, licensed as a registered nurse, and certified as a Nurse Practitioner with a Master's Degree in Nursing, specializing in Older Adult and/or Family Nurse Practitioner. Other concentrations may be considered based on experience and needs.

Minimum of two years experience with adult or geriatric populations preferred. Must hold an unrestricted license and DEA in states where practice is permitted.

Posted Salary Range: $93,500 - $110,950/year.
