Under Nursing Supervisor, you delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff in keeping with scope of practice and care plans.
You will collaborate with the nursing team and other disciplines to develop effective plans of care, mentor teammates, and uphold compliance with state regulations and facility policies.
