Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and efficient Line Cook to join our hotel restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations.

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion control.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with inventory management and stocking supplies.
• Work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.

• Customer service‑oriented with a positive attitude.
• Efficient and responsive in a high‑pressure kitchen setting.
• Previous line cook experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
• Ability to multitask and work as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
