We're seeking an organized Administrative Assistant to oversee daily office tasks and communication with clients. Your proficiency in Microsoft Office, exceptional communication, and strong bookkeeping skills will be essential in this role. You will ensure smooth operations through accurate record-keeping and by managing front desk responsibilities, while delivering top-notch customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage front desk duties, greeting clients warmly
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
• Handle filing and document proofreading tasks
• Support basic bookkeeping using Quick Books
• Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
Requirements:
• Proven experience in an administrative role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication and professional phone etiquette
• High school diploma or equivalent required
