Role Description

The Junior Sales Coordinator is a full‑time on‑site role based in Parksville, BC. This individual will support the sales team in generating leads, managing client inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams. Core responsibilities include coordinating group bookings, assisting with contracts, creating sales reports, and travelling for trade shows and other corporate events, occasionally out of the country.

The Junior Sales Coordinator will also help in identifying business opportunities and provide support to ensure that client needs are met effectively and efficiently.

Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Effective communication and building positive client relationships.
  • Proficiency in data management, maintaining accurate client records, and creating sales reports.
  • Problem‑solving abilities and proactive approach to addressing challenges.
  • Prior experience in the hospitality or travel industry is considered an asset.
  • A fun, creative flair with multimedia is highly valued
