As a critical member of the team, the Paint Coordinator will be responsible for managing industrial coating applications and scheduling within the vibrant landscape of steel fabrication. This hands-on position emphasizes product quality and environmental safety standards and requires several years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate application of various industrial coatings

• Conduct maintenance on sandblasting and spray equipment

• Enforce compliance with industry standards and specifications

• Organize and optimize paint department schedules

• Identify and address coating defects during production

Requirements:

• High school diploma is required; technical certification preferred

• 5+ years in industrial coatings experience

• Previous scheduling experience in manufacturing settings preferred

• Knowledge of ISO 9001 practices is advantageous

• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
