Ideal for those with child and youth care qualifications, this role provides essential support to students will join a dedicated team, implementing tailored intervention strategies and engaging with families to promote student well-being. Additionally, communication with external agencies plays a significant role in your daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver guidance and emotional support to students
• Collaborate in designing effective intervention strategies
• Assist in managing crises and developing responses
• Engage with families and coordinate with outside agencies
• Organize activities to enhance student learning
Requirements:
• Degree in Child and Youth Care
• Minimum one year related experience
• Valid Emergency First Aid Certificate
• Class 5 BC driver’s license
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
