Part-Time Infant Development Consultant

Join SOURCES as a Part-Time Infant Development Consultant, providing family-centered developmental services to children under three. This temporary role emphasizes assessment, resource coordination, and community collaboration.

As an Infant Development Consultant, you will be a crucial member of the Child Development Services team with a temporary part-time commitment until January 4, 2027. Your expertise will help families with children identified as having delays or at risk of delays. The position includes home visits, educational programs, and group services, all anchored in a family-centered approach to development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the CDS team for service delivery

• Plan and provide individual and group developmental services

• Maintain accurate client files and documents

• Provide assessment and intervention for your caseload

• Assist families in accessing necessary resources

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field

• Two years of experience with children and families

• Valid driver's license and vehicle

• Clear Criminal Record Check

• Commitment to union membership
