Position: Garbage Truck Driver with Local Routes
Waste Connections of Canada invites you to become a Class 3 Garbage Truck Driver. This position allows you to contribute significantly to community waste management.

You’ll work Monday through Friday, operating a garbage truck safely on assigned routes. Key duties include inspecting vehicles, reading route sheets, and ensuring timely customer service. With a pay range of $33.46 to $33.94 an hour, your expertise will help us maintain a clean environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect solid waste on specified routes using a garbage truck

• Follow route sheets and serve customers efficiently

• Inspect trucks pre and post routes for safety

• Provide courteous interactions with customers when necessary

• Complete assorted job-related tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Must possess a valid Class 3 license

• Clean driving record is a must

• At least 2 years local driving experience required

• Pass all pre-employment assessments
