** Your next career opportunity
** As a Research Fellow you will conduct high standard research within the School of Mathematics and Statistics as part of an ARC Discovery Project in integrable probability. You will undertake research on solvable lattice models for stochastic processes, including branching processes, and contribute to the supervision and mentorship of research students.
** Your responsibilities will include:
** Engage in research to meet ARC Discovery Project objectives, and advance knowledge in solvable lattice models and stochastic systems.

You possess a PhD in mathematics or a related field, with expertise related to solvable lattice models and stochastic processes, and an ability for collaborative and high-standard research and student mentorship.

Experience in assisting with supervision of students undertaking undergraduate or higher degree research projects. The ability to attract external funding through grant applications and/or support in funded joint projects with others internal or external to the university (desirable).  Experience relevant to research in integrable probability (desirable).
