You will conduct influential research in your field, secure research funding, and publish in leading academic journals, while designing and delivering engaging undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, developing curricula, and supervising graduate research students. ** Your responsibilities will include:
*** Conducting high-quality and impactful research within designated areas of focus, securing external funding, publishing in leading academic journals, and supervising Masters and PhD students.
* Designing and delivering engaging undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, developing innovative curricula and learning materials, and ensuring the academic success and wellbeing of students.
* Contributing to the collegial, intellectual, and professional life of the department and University through active participation in committees, events, and professional or community engagement activities.

**** Level B (Lecturer)
*** Are completing, or near completion of a PhD in Management.
* Have emerging high-quality research, evidenced by submissions to leading journals or working papers.
* Can teach undergraduate and master’s subjects in priority areas.
* Participate in academic conferences and workshops.
* Are committed to excellent teaching and fostering a collegial environment.
** Level C (Senior Lecturer)
*** Hold a completed PhD in Management.
* Demonstrate strong research with a growing portfolio of publications in reputable journals.
* Have experience teaching a broad range of undergraduate and master’s subjects.
* Engage actively in academic conferences and workshops.
* Promote excellence in teaching and student achievement through collegial collaboration.
** Level D (Associate Professor)
*** Hold a completed PhD in Management.
* Have an internationally recognised research record with publications in top-ranked journals and conference presentations.
* Contribute significantly to research, teaching, and departmental objectives.
* Mentor and supervise graduate students.
* Secure research funding from competitive grants or other sources.
* Provide leadership in teaching, curriculum development, and academic engagement.
* Collaborate effectively and contribute to the strategic goals of the department.
