Shift leader, Restaurant​/Food Service

Flynn Wendy’s is hiring Shift Leaders who are motivated, have excellent interpersonal skills, and can establish a team that works well together, increases profits, and provides outstanding service.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a restaurant team during shifts to ensure high-quality customer service and adherence to company standards.
• Tackle problems, seek help when appropriate, and provide guidance to team members.
• Coordinate with team to meet performance goals, manage food safety, quality, and cleanliness, and ensure operational efficiency.
• Assist with training, coaching, and development of team members.
• Monitor equipment, inventory, and cash handling; address issues promptly to minimize downtime.

Qualifications:

• Prior restaurant experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a team; comfortable taking a lead role on shift.

Compensation:
Wendy's Shift Leaders: $16 - $18.50 per hour based on experience and restaurant location
