• Help customers continue their shopping journey across online, phone, and in‑store channels.
• Explore individual needs and provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest technology.
• Use side‑by‑side selling to find personalized solutions beyond basic plans and devices.
• Approach service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion.
• Use digital tools to demonstrate coverage, plan benefits, and new T‑Mobile services.
• Complete training on the T‑Mobile in‑store experience, systems, and reference resources.
• Maximize shift time by staying informed on innovations in wireless technology.
• Handle cash and perform store operations as needed.
• Collaborate with T‑Mobile employees across channels to own the customer experience and resolve issues.
• Identify and hand off small‑business leads.
• Support team initiatives and foster an inclusive environment.

• Passionate customer advocate who enjoys engaging customers.

• Willingness to collaborate with peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas.
• Ability to balance customer needs with performance goals.
• At least 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience (retail preferred).
