Childcare Floater/Teacher Aide

Base pay: $13.00–$15.00 per hour.

Parma Heights, Ohio

Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm.

Kids First Learning Center in Parma Heights is a licensed childcare center seeking Teacher Aides/Floaters to support all age groups. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, pass all background checks, and be at least 18 years old. Prior childcare experience is a plus.

• Substitute for any position as needed, covering staff breaks, absences, and classroom duties.
• Demonstrate patience, kindness, and positive interactions with children, parents, and staff.
• Operate as a team player and assist the lead teacher or director when required.
• Physical ability to work around small children (sitting, standing, walking, running, climbing stairs).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. and fulfill all physical requirements of the role.
