** 12/10/ N Church Drive, Parma Heights, Ohio, 44129, United States of America Da Vita  is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. As a PCT, you’ll provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment.
** Some details about this position:**
* ** Operational

Hours:

M-S 4:00am - 7:30pm, rotational scheduling (schedule can fluctuate depending on patient census)
*** Hours of work may vary during the orientation/training period
* PCTs expected shifts for this clinic: 3-4 days/week with a minimum of two Saturdays/month and can be asked to
** start as early as*
* ** 4:00 am.
*** Hours of work may vary during the training period; however, you will typically be working between 32-40 hours per week during training
* You must have a flexible schedule and be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday
* Clinic has 17 chairs and will have 1-2 RNs and 4 PCTS scheduled per shift (depending on census)

* ** Reimbursement for your Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT) license
** Key Responsibilities
* Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care
* Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment
* Set up and maintain dialysis equipment
* Record vital signs and patient data
* Educate patients on treatment and kidney health
* Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members
* ** Dependability, willingness to learn, and fun personalities are crucial for our patients
** Requirements* High school diploma or GED
* Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment
* Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
* Willing to float between local clinics if needed
* Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience
