Field Service Site Supervisor

Experteer Overview  In this role you will supervise on-site installations of Poultry Solutions worldwide, ensuring work is performed to JBT Marel specifications and project plans while maintaining customer satisfaction. You will coordinate with the project team, customers, and subcontractors to keep planning and reporting on track. The position offers the chance to lead fast-paced, global deployments and to contribute to sustainable, affordable quality in food production.

You will be the primary driver of safety, planning, and cross-functional communication on each project.

Lead extensive in-house technical preparation and planning with the project team
Maintain control over project planning and execution
Coordinate with JBT Marel project team, customers, and sub-contractors
Manage customer expectations throughout the project lifecycle
Communicate project plans and technical instructions clearly to stakeholders
Ensure timely reporting in line with company policies
Raise and follow up on safety concerns and incidents with management
Responsabilità   Proven experience supervising on-site installations with strong technical know-how
Ability to schedule, prioritize, and oversee work based on project demands
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for coordinating with colleagues, customers, and contractors
Commitment to workplace safety and ability to report safety concerns per policies
Excellent verbal and written English skills
3–5 years’ experience in a similar role
Willingness to travel regularly and work abroad (about 60% of the time)
Experience in multi-cultural, multi-discipline environments is an advantage
