Project Engineer | Energy and Utilities

Experteer Overview As Project Engineer for Energy, Electrical and Mechanical Utilities in Parma, you coordinate external suppliers and drive upgrades to existing machines, aligning projects with Barilla guidelines. You contribute to technical specs, capex planning, and cross‑functional problem solving with RD&Q and Plants. You’ll manage installation and testing through to release, while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.

Support supplier selection and negotiation through quotation evaluation

Ensure new equipment compliance with quality, safety and environmental standards

Oversee installation and testing, coordinating internal staff and external resources

Assist with technical issues during execution from RD&Q, Technical Development or Plants Collaborate in CAPEX process definition for own area of competence

ResponsabilitàMSc in Energetic Engineering Minimum 2 years’ experience in energy efficiency or industrial utilities projects

Sound understanding of automation systems

Strong teamwork skills

Ability to work in parallel on different projects

Project Management skills

Fluent Italian and English Willing to travel up to 50% in Italy and abroad
