Activities:
Support in the operational management of shipments (national and international).
Monitoring the performance of external suppliers and internal flows (KPIs).
Collaboration with the team for inventory management and needs analysis.
Use of the company's ERP system for order entry, traceability, and inventory control.
Analysis of logistics data for process improvement (dashboards, reporting).
Interaction with warehouses, transporters and customer service department to ensure efficient flows.
Qualifications High school diploma with specialization in logistics or related field (or equivalent qualification)
Good English skills (spoken and written)
Strong MS Offices skills, especially Excel
Knowledge of data visualization instruments (Power Bi, Tableau) will be considered as a plus
Precision and attention to detail - Analytical skills and data orientation
