Retribuzione / Benefits Oversee laboratory experiments and analyses for food applications with safety and quality compliance
Promote best practices in lab operations including equipment maintenance, sample prep, GMP and ISO adherence
Maintain accurate lab records and reports using electronic notebooks
Perform advanced microbiological analyses (enumeration, pathogen detection, aseptic culturing, challenge testing)
Design and execute experiments to assess safety, nutrition, and product quality
Interpret and clearly report results ensuring data traceability and validity
Responsabilità
Master's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or related field (PhD preferred)
Minimum 5 years of laboratory experience in food applications and microbiology
Proven expertise in lab analysis, scientific assessment, and lab best practices
Experience in project management and reporting
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
