Ideally located in Bologna, Parma, Pesaro, Lodi or Milano sudTHE GOALThe aim of the Regional Manager position is to act as the link between the Kelly Deli back office, our retail partners, and our points of sale. This role is responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of kiosks to ensure operational excellence across the network.
Reporting to the Head of Regional Managers, you will be focused on:
Driving like-for-like sales performance
Building strong and consistent relationships with franchise partners and retail stores
Using internal tools to analyse performance, identify weaknesses, and detect opportunities for growth and improvement in your region

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
80% of your time will be spent in the field supporting points of sale Travel by car, train, or plane may be required
Depending on the size of your region, overnight stays (1–2 nights/week) may occur
WHAT YOU DOPerformance Management Guarantee the performance delivery of each point of sale in your region
Coach and support franchise partners to operate efficiently and maximise profitability
Implement company policies, quality standards, marketing initiatives, and regulatory/legal procedures
Ensure smooth communication between head office and sales outlets
Make customer satisfaction the priority of all point-of-sale actions
Act as the key contact for retailers at local and regional levels
Manage renewal of existing contracts with retailers
Share insights on market trends, new retail concepts, and competitors
Driving Performance You will actively manage kiosk KPIs, including:
Like-for-Like sales performance
Range/variety analysis & correct product mix Waste management to maximise availability
TOP 20 best-seller availability
Average transaction value
Marketing campaign participation (target > 90%)Product quality checks (visual, weight)
Recipe compliance (COGS control)
Hygiene standards
Uniform & PPE compliance
Additional responsibilities:
Ensure production management techniques are used to grow revenues
Deploy proactive sales activities (minimum 2 tastings/day + customer interaction)
Support and implement sales training programmes
Organise internal sales competitions to boost engagement
Ensure franchise partners complete sales, customer experience, and tasting training on the e-learning platform
Retail Relationship Management Share business updates with retail partners (sales, marketing, quality, NPD, initiatives)
Conduct 1–2 business reviews per retailer each year Represent Sushi Daily at local level and communicate key updates
Work closely with retailers to protect brand consistency
Franchise Partner Relationship Management Visit each franchise partner once per month
Record all visits in GEMBAGain partner trust and support their professional satisfaction
Coach partners on business optimisation during visits
Conduct bi-annual business reviews with follow-up action plans
Ensure compliance with global contract agreements
Introduce new partners to retail management effectively
Sign-off new franchise partners to ensure readiness
Ensure training on store regulations has been completed
Support documentation creation for kiosk operations
Implement actions from Partner Survey results & CEO Listening Sessions Brand Excellence Conduct monthly store visits
Carry out monthly product quality checks (food & packaging)
Coach partners on corrective measures where needed
Ensure correct deployment of marketing campaigns (target > 90%)Ensure global quality and operational standards are respected
Ensure compliance and product/standards training is completed
