OVS S.p.A. cerca un nuovo Store Manager Trainee per i punti vendita OVS e UPIM. Il candidato gestirà il conto economico del negozio e svilupperà strategie commerciali per raggiungere i KPI. Inoltre, garantirà un’ottima Customer Experience e curerà l’immagine del negozio.
Il ruolo prevede un contratto a tempo determinato di 12 mesi, all'interno della OVS Store Management School, con formazione pratica e corsi e-learning per la crescita professionale. Richieste sono flessibilità, problem solving e capacità relazionali.
