What You’ll Do   Sell company products and services
Maintain sales programs within assigned territory / accounts
Responsible for meeting annual sales goals
Monitor competitive activity and trends
Knowledge of product features, benefits and use
Provide training to employees as needed
Initiate trials that will support marketing efforts
Interpret soil tissue and water analysis
Research and respond to technical inquiries
Develop proprietary fertilizer formulations
Publish and distribute periodic summaries of agronomic observations and research
Maintain and build customer contacts

What You’ll Bring   Bachelor’s degree in an agriculturally based program
Familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the agriculture industry as well as the application of agricultural chemicals
CCA Certification a plus member in good standing or ability to test for credentials
Valid Driver’s License
