Senior Superintendent

A nationally recognized general contractor with nearly a century of experience is hiring a Senior Superintendent for a healthcare project in Columbus or Dayton, Ohio. The previous Senior Superintendent recently left, so this is a near-term opening to lead a project from the field.

• Privately held, employee-focused general contractor with a strong healthcare practice
• Over 250 healthcare project awards in the last 50 years
• More than $3 billion in healthcare work completed in the last decade, including many projects on occupied campuses
• Known for Lean construction and prefabrication that keep schedules and costs predictable

• Run day-to-day field operations on a ground-up healthcare project from start to closeout
• Manage schedule, subcontractor performance, quality, and site safety
• Work with project managers, owners, architects, and engineers to keep the job on track
• Lead and develop field teams

• Experience as a Senior Superintendent or in a comparable senior field role on large commercial projects
• Ground-up healthcare experience is a major plus
• Other large ground-up commercial or institutional experience will also be considered
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
