Bryant & Stratton College’s Parma campus (12955 Snow Road, Parma, Ohio 44130) is currently seeking adjunct instructors to teach Electronics Engineering Technology courses. This is a single evening class (5:30 pm – 10:20 pm, 3 credits) taught face‑to‑face.
Responsibilities- Oversee the academic progression and persistence to graduation of EET students; create and maintain an environment conducive to learning and employ instructional technology and active learning approaches.
- Participate in student retention efforts, plan and evaluate program performance using a variety of assessments and techniques.
- Master’s degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering (or a closely related field) from a regionally accredited institution.
- Proven ability to build and motivate a teaching team and consistently push for results.
- Strong academic and professional record.
- Strong active‑learning skills for effective instruction.
- Experience in a student‑centric and hands‑on learning environment.
- Highest levels of integrity at all times.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment oriented toward results.
- Exemplary interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Teaching experience is preferred.
