Responsibilities

You won’t just treat—you’ll lead, collaborate, and elevate.

• Set meaningful goals and develop personalized treatment plans
• Supervise and support COTAs
• Work closely with an interdisciplinary team that values your insight
• Track progress, document outcomes, and drive real results
• Most importantly, help older adults live fuller, more independent lives

Qualifications

✅ A degree from an accredited OT program

✅ A valid (or pending) Ohio OT license

✅ Passion for working with older adults (experience in LTC, acute care, or rehab is a plus)
