We’re looking for a compassionate, motivated PTA to work closely with a Physical Therapist to establish appropriate goals and creatively execute treatment plans. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will maintain productivity standards, complete necessary documentation, and act as a trusted partner to the community you serve.

• Team up with the Physical Therapist to bring treatment plans to life
• Deliver one‑on‑one care with creativity, heart, and purpose
• Keep documentation on point and maintain solid productivity
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team that values compassion and teamwork

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program
• Active state license
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed
• Bonus points for experience in acute care, long‑term care, or rehab—but we value great attitudes as much as experience
