• Work on‑site in a beautifully managed, mission‑driven community
• Flexible weekday and weekend PRN coverage available (weekday needs are highest!)
• Supportive, interdisciplinary team with a collaborative culture
• Modern equipment and a strong therapy presence

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
• Supervise and support Physical Therapist Assistants
• Collaborate with OTs, SLPs, and nursing staff to deliver whole-person care
• Ensure documentation and productivity standards are met
• Be a trusted rehab partner for residents and their families

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active Ohio PT license
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain before start)
• Availability for flexible weekday and/or weekend coverage
• Bonus:
  Experience in geriatric rehab, SNF, or post-acute settings
