Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our teamat Little Acorn ABA. This role offers a flexible hybrid model, combining remote clinical responsibilities with in-home and community-based support for clients throughout the local service area.
As a BCBA, you will oversee assessment, treatment planning, and supervision while collaborating closely with families, technicians, and community partners. We work with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities, delivering person-centered, practical, and ethically grounded services in environments where skills naturally develop.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments and develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans for individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities
- Design and implement evidence-based behavioral interventions to address skill acquisition and challenging behaviors
- Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed documentation of client progress, data, and treatment plans
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to remain current with best practices in ABA
- Provide clinical supervision, guidance, and performance feedback to registered behavior technicians (RBTs) to ensure treatment fidelity and professional growth
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support meaningful, generalizable skill development across environments
- Competitive hourly rate: $55 - $80 per hour / Annual Salary: $60,000 - $100,000/year (depending on experience and qualifications)

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) or eligibility for certification
- Open to entry-level BCBAs, including newly certified practitioners
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
