Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their own homes.
  • Care for and build meaningful relationships with clients.
  • Provide assistance with personal care.
  • Properly assist with ambulation, transfers and range of motion exercises.
  • Handle meal planning, preparation and feeding.
  • Serve as a companion and properly handle household management.
  • Provide companionship and respite services for the family.
  • Perform light housekeeping activities.
Qualifications
  • A passion to serve and help others live their best life possible.
  • High school diploma or G.E.D certificate.
  • Meet passing criteria on the Milimot test.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Access to reliable transportation.
  • Previous experience as a caregiver in homes or facilities is a bonus.
