Caregiver Day Shift – Westside of Cleveland

Join Com For Care to provide compassionate, in‑home care to clients in the Westside of Cleveland. As a Caregiver, you will build meaningful relationships with clients while supporting their independence.

• Full‑time Day Shift

• Competitive pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

• Flexible scheduling and continuous training

• Assist clients with daily activities to maintain independence at home.
• Provide personal care and companionship.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, and range‑of‑motion exercises.
• Plan, prepare, and serve meals; manage household tasks.
• Perform light housekeeping as needed.
• Offer respite and support services to families.

• Passion for service and helping others live their best life.
• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Pass Milimot test criteria.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Previous caregiver experience is a bonus.
