Resident Care Assistant (RCA) at Ancora Memory Support, part of Mount Alverna Village, is a vibrant senior living community in Parma, Ohio. We provide specialized, person-centered dementia care with a mission to celebrate life and serve with joy.

Ancora Memory Support is seeking Resident Care Assistants to help residents with daily living activities, medication reminders, and social and spiritual pursuits, promoting dignity, independence, and privacy.

In this role, you will assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, provide medication reminders, and support social and spiritual well‑being.

• Assist the residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting) and medication reminders.
• Identify residents’ physical and cognitive changes and document and communicate appropriately.
• Assist residents with leisure time programming, including escorting them to and from activities.
• Assist with dining services and general housekeeping duties as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all policies and procedures.

• Licenses/Certifications

• Experience
  : 1-2+ years of caregiving experience preferred
