Franciscan Ministries is a vibrant senior living community located in Parma, Ohio. We are seeking State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNA) to join our dedicated caregiving team.

Parma, OH – Mount Alverna Village, part of Franciscan Ministries

Part‑time, 2 p.m. – 10:15 p.m.

USD $16.00 – $17.50 per hour

• Follow resident assessment in providing services to residents.
• Assist in updating each resident’s assessment.
• Assist residents with personal laundry upon request.
• Assist in preparing residents for meals, serving meals, bussing tables during mealtimes, and cleaning the dining room.
• Assist with cleaning residents’ apartments.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, hygiene, and mobility.
• Remind residents to take prescribed medication.
• Encourage socialization among residents.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Must enjoy working with the senior population.
• One year of caregiving experience (preferred).
