Traveling Respiratory Therapist (CRT/RRT)

Are you a Respiratory Therapist who enjoys variety, independence, and making a direct impact across multiple skilled nursing facilities? Join our team as a Traveling Respiratory Therapist and help improve the lives of residents by delivering high-quality respiratory care throughout our network of facilities.
In this role, you'll travel between locations, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to assess, treat, and support residents with respiratory needs. What You'll Do- Travel to assigned skilled nursing facilities to provide respiratory therapy services
- Assess residents and develop individualized respiratory treatment plans
- Administer inhalation therapies, oxygen therapy, and respiratory medications
- Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot ventilators and other respiratory equipment
- Evaluate treatment effectiveness and modify care plans as appropriate
- Perform airway clearance therapies and breathing exercises
- Educate residents, families, and staff on respiratory care techniques and equipment
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing teams, and facility leadership to ensure quality outcomes
- Assist with discharge planning and continuity of care initiatives
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
- Graduate of an NBRC-accredited Respiratory Therapy program
- Current Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
- Active Ohio Respiratory Care License
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Skilled nursing, long-term care, subacute, or ventilator experience preferred
- Ability and willingness to travel between multiple facility locations
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills
