IT Support Technician

Location: Cleveland, OH (Multi-Site Support)

Job Type: Contract-to-Hire (6 Months)

Compensation: $28-$29/hr

Schedule: Monday-Friday | Onsite

We're looking for a hands-on Site Support Technician to join a growing healthcare organization supporting multiple clinic locations throughout the Cleveland area. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with end users, troubleshooting technical issues, and serving as the go-to IT resource for clinic staff.

• Provide onsite technical support for clinic and office staff across multiple locations
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and connectivity issues
• Respond to and resolve support tickets in a timely manner
• Support workstations, laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices
• Assist end users with system access, application support, and technology-related questions
• Coordinate with internal IT teams to resolve escalated issues
• Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and technical procedures
• Help maintain equipment inventory and perform device deployments
• Support day-to-day clinic operations by ensuring technology remains functional and reliable

• 3+ years of hands-on IT Support, Help Desk, Desktop Support, or Technical Support experience
• Experience working directly with end users in an onsite support environment
• Familiarity with ticketing platforms such as Service Now or similar ITSM tools
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and common business applications
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple requests and work independently
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between local sites as needed
