Senior Information Technology Business Analyst

Location: Open to Remote - prefer onsite Findlay, OH;
San Antonio, TX; LA Refinery, Galveston Bay Refinery

Duration: 6-month contract w/ extensions through 2027

Must Haves:

• Senior-level Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst experience - 8+ years
• Experience supporting a large-scale enterprise program, transformation, implementation, or system rollout
• Strong functional business analysis experience rather than primarily technical/development-focused experience
• Demonstrated experience with:
  Requirements gathering and documentation, Business process analysis, Stakeholder management,
• Strong customer-facing or business-facing experience
• Experience working directly with third-party vendors or implementation partners
• Ability to effectively partner with IT leaders and technical teams without needing to be a hands-on technical resource
• Willingness to travel occasionally

Plusses:

• Honeywell experience
  , especially supporting a Honeywell implementation or enterprise solution
• Oil & gas / energy industry experience
• Experience with controls systems, operations technology, blending systems, or industrial environments
• Previous experience supporting a multi-year enterprise transformation or implementation
• Located near San Antonio, Houston, Findlay, or Los Angeles

Job Description:

This role is supporting the Operations Transformation team and the cross functional Next Gen Operations project. BSA will be working on one of multiple parallel work streams tasked with requirements gathering and vendor management for a large program. Should have strong business analysis, communication and vendor management skills and experience working on large enterprise programs.
