Licensed Practical Nurse

Overview

The VA Northeast Ohio Healthcare System is recruiting for a Licensed Practical Nurse (Patient Aligned Care Team). The LPN will function at the Parma VA Clinic within Community Outpatient Service. May be assigned to Specialty and Primary Care within the location as needed. Demonstrates an exceptional degree of practical nursing knowledge and skill necessary for complex practical nursing care assignments for a Veteran population with a variety of health care needs.

• Provide practical nursing care to a Veteran population with a variety of health care needs.
• Demonstrate a high degree of practical nursing knowledge and skill for complex assignments.
• Work within Patient Aligned Care Team model at Parma VA Clinic; may be assigned to Specialty and Primary Care as needed.

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensed in the applicable state.
• Experience in ambulatory or primary care settings preferred.
