** Harmon is hiring a Quality Technician I to help ensure our products meet high standards for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. This role is a great fit for someone with manufacturing quality experience who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and partnering with production teams.  
** What You'll Do
*** Perform inspections and quality checks throughout the manufacturing process.
* Audit materials, processes, and finished products for compliance with quality standards.
* Use testing and measurement equipment to verify product quality.
* Investigate quality issues and support corrective actions and root cause analysis.
* Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records.
* Partner with production teams to prevent defects and improve processes.
* Help maintain a safe, organized, and quality-focused work environment.  
** What We're Looking For**###

Required Qualifications
* 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, quality, inspection, or a related field
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with production teams
* Basic computer skills and experience maintaining records  ### Preferred Skills
* Experience using inspection and testing equipment
* Curtain wall industry experience
* Knowledge of quality systems and manufacturing processes
* Experience with root cause analysis and continuous improvement practices  ##
