A Style Consultant is passionate about strong operations and providing an incredible guest experience, bringing the energy of style to life with compelling in-store presentations. Style Consultants are welcoming and helpful in meeting guest needs on the sales floor and in the fitting room, ensuring the floor is stocked with the right product, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor with the right sizes, styles, and colors.

• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, inspirational & promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist the guest as needed.
• Use store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and to support guest needs.
• Sort truck freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations & visual merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills, manual fills, and merchandising to capacity.
• Execute and maintain backroom organization to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price change processes by executing clearance merchandising and signing.
• Maintain and use the fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and help guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by ensuring merchandise from the fitting room and guest service is returned to the salesfloor throughout the day.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup (OPU) and Drive-up (DU) while complying with applicable laws.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests during daily tasks and assisting with their needs.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Resolve guest questions quickly
• Ability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks

Other basics we expect:

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed
• Climb ladders safely
• Scan, handle, and move merchandise safely, including lifting up to 15 pounds regularly and up to 44 pounds occasionally (no additional assistance required)
• Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays); reliable attendance
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions for tasks such as Drive-Up and carryout
• Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a shift
