You'll sell premium car wash services, Clean Car Club memberships, and trendy retail items while engaging customers at the carwash tunnel entrance, gas pumps, or inside the retail store.
Average compensation is $19 per hour ($15.25 base pay + sales bonuses).
Schedule:
Flexible schedules including daytime, evening, mid‑week, and weekend shifts.
Location:
Waterway Parma – 7200 Brookpark Rd., Cleveland, OH 44129. Other locations across Cleveland are available.

- Friendly and engaging. Positive attitude and willingness to succeed.
- No experience required; experience in customer service, retail, or sales preferred.
- Current and valid driver’s license.
- Professional demeanor, behavior, and appearance in accordance with company policy.
- Ability to perform all essential functions safely without endangering oneself or others.
- Ability to comply with local and state health code requirements for soda fountain and food service/sales.
- Meet local and state minimum age requirements for sale of tobacco and alcohol sales (where applicable).
- Ability to complete all required trainings and certifications required to perform any of the required functions.
- Provide excellent and timely customer service to create a pleasant experience for customers. Pro‑actively greet customers entering the convenience store, pay terminal area, or fuel pumps and respond to their needs.
- Effectively present and sell car wash services, memberships, and additional purchase options to achieve sales and revenue goals.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment for all customers:
- Outside areas: gas pump islands, payment terminal, and entrance to tunnel.
- Inside areas: counters, merchandise display areas, restrooms, and customer waiting areas.
- Keep convenience store merchandise stocked and organized, displays clean and well presented. Take inventory of merchandise levels as directed.
- Maintain point‑of‑sale transaction integrity by following procedures accurately. Use all transaction technology accurately.
- Follow Waterway policies, procedures, guidance, and instructions, especially those related to safety.
- Perform various administrative tasks, such as making bank deposits or picking up or delivering supplies.
- Perform various transactional functions to meet customer demand and store staffing needs.
- Carry out other functions as identified and directed by management.
- Environmental: work primarily outdoors year‑round, exposed to temperature variations, sunshine, wet weather, humidity, gasoline and exhaust fumes, machinery and moving parts, and brief exposure to carwash tunnel noise.
- Physical: extended standing, bending, lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, driving vehicles, reaching above and below shoulder level. Work at a fast pace, sustain continuous physical effort, and maintain a calm and professional disposition.
- Vision and hearing: adequate visual acuity, peripheral vision, depth perception; hearing sufficient to understand speech and distinguish sounds.
- Language: fluent in English for business communication.
- Cognitive: perform arithmetic calculations and operate data entry devices.
- Attendance: maintain regular, predictable, and punctual attendance. Work irregular schedules including weekends, overtime, and holidays.
