Snow Plow Operator

Join Green Impressions Landscaping’s Winter Operations Team as a Snow Plow & Skid Steer Operator, earning $31.00 per hour while helping keep commercial and residential properties safe and accessible. Green Impressions is a landscape company serving Northwest Ohio with a focus on safety, teamwork, and exceptional customer service. This seasonal role typically runs December–February, with 30–40 hours per week and on-call availability for weather-driven work, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Individual shifts may range from 4 to 20+ hours depending on snow accumulation and conditions. The primary location is 842 Abbe Road, Sheffield Village, OH 44054, with service areas including Amherst, Avon, Avon Lake, Bay Village, Elyria, Lorain, Rocky River, Sheffield Village, Sheffield Lake, Strongsville, and Westlake.

• Operate plow trucks, skid steers, or loaders to clear snow and ice from commercial and residential properties.
• Apply salt and de-icing materials as needed to help maintain safe surfaces.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and safety checks.
• Respond promptly to snow events, including those occurring at night, on weekends, and on holidays.
• Coordinate with team members and supervisors to complete snow removal work and meet quality and safety standards.

• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience operating snow removal equipment such as plow trucks, skid steers, or loaders.
• Dependability, a safety-minded approach, and a strong work ethic.
• Availability for on-call work and long or overnight shifts as weather conditions require.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test; marijuana is excluded from testing.

$31.00 per hour for 30–40 hours per week during the snow season, typically December–February.
