In this role, you will work hands‑on with a wide variety of collectibles, using our expertise to protect their value and preserve their legacy for fans and collectors alike.

The Authentication Team Member at JSA supports the authentication process for autographed items submitted by customers. Responsibilities include assisting with item submission at both events and in‑office settings, managing submission forms, and ensuring the proper handling and return of items by mail or direct pickup.

In this job you will:

• Process submissions for authentication, both in‑office and at events.
• Support customers with form completion and submission tracking.
• Maintain and organize customer records.
• Ensure secure handling of customer property.
• Travel to events, conventions, and trade shows across the U.S. to assist with on‑site authentication processes.
• Assist authenticators within the office, and during event setups.
• Process orders into the POS system.

What will help you succeed in this role:

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, especially in handling sensitive items.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficiency with data entry, maintaining integrity and timeliness.
• Problem‑solving abilities and adaptability in event‑based settings.
• POS system experience is a plus.
• Willingness to travel frequently for events and conventions.
