About the role

As theSr. Demand Planner, you will own the end-to-end demand planning process forAirWick.

You will have the significant responsibility of craftingaccuratedemand forecaststhruthecreation,maintenance and presentation ofthe

SKU/customer-level forecast, includingownershipof the Brand and Demand Review, andcollaborationwith cross-functional teams to deliveraccuratedemand signals and support business growth.

This role is not currently sponsoring visas or considering international movement at this time.

Your responsibilities

Lead the monthly demand planning cycleutilizingthe

IBP process, ensuringtimelyandaccurateforecasts at multiple levels (SKU, category, channel)

Analyze historical sales trends intelligence, promotional plans, and seasonality to improve forecast accuracy.

Lead the Demand Review step of the IBP process, ensuring cross-functional alignment and accountability through collaboration with Sales, Finance and Marketing.

Perform root cause analysis to continuously improve fill rates, reduce waste, and achieve key KPIs by collaborating closely with Supply Planning.

Drive continuous improvements through data-driven analysis and supply/demand process enhancements through Integrated Business Planning.

The experience we're looking for

Experience:

6-8years in Demand Planning—preferably FMCG/CPG environments—withproventrack recordleadingthe

S&OE/IBPprocess.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred

Analytical Excellence:
Strong capabilities using advanced

Excel, planning systems (e.g., SAP ECC, Kinaxis Demand Planning), and Power BI.

Leadership:
Ability toinfluencecross-functional stakeholders.

Problem Solving:
Skilled in rootcause analysis, demandsupply balancing, and responsivedecisionmaking.
