Responsibilities- Coordinate schedules, resolve customer issues and concerns, and respond to service and sales inquiries.
- Communicate with field operations, including service technicians and management.
- Facilitate accounts receivable and collection efforts.
- Manage administrative requests and tasks, including proactive customer follow-up.
- Maintain accurate records using customer service software applications.
- Respond to leads and referrals, and produce accurate and timely reports.
- Assist in scheduling service routes and track progress.
- Partner with management to manage expectations and meet deadlines.
- Assist in training new team members as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service and a quality experience to internal and external clients.
- Prioritize, plan, and complete daily tasks and special projects.
- Deliver accurate service and sales information.
- Maintain accurate records utilizing customer service software applications.
- Respond to leads and referrals.
- Partner with management to manage expectations and meet deadlines.
- Assist in scheduling of service routes.
- Produce accurate and timely reports.
- Ensure that work is complete and results are satisfactory.
- Assist in training of new team members as requested/needed.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- High school degree or equivalent.
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Excellent phone etiquette and friendly, professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, communicates extensively via telephone and electronically with customers and co‑workers.
