Responsibilities
  • Coordinate schedules, resolve customer issues and concerns, and respond to service and sales inquiries.
  • Communicate with field operations, including service technicians and management.
  • Facilitate accounts receivable and collection efforts.
  • Manage administrative requests and tasks, including proactive customer follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate records using customer service software applications.
  • Respond to leads and referrals, and produce accurate and timely reports.
  • Assist in scheduling service routes and track progress.
  • Partner with management to manage expectations and meet deadlines.
  • Assist in training new team members as needed.
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Provide exceptional customer service and a quality experience to internal and external clients.
  • Prioritize, plan, and complete daily tasks and special projects.
  • Deliver accurate service and sales information.
  • Maintain accurate records utilizing customer service software applications.
  • Respond to leads and referrals.
  • Partner with management to manage expectations and meet deadlines.
  • Assist in scheduling of service routes.
  • Produce accurate and timely reports.
  • Ensure that work is complete and results are satisfactory.
  • Assist in training of new team members as requested/needed.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Qualifications
  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, communicates extensively via telephone and electronically with customers and co‑workers.

Salary

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
