Concierge; Floater

As Concierge, you are the first point of contact for all residents, visitors, and clients. You are expected to provide professional, courteous service while maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment at all times.

* Please note as a Floater, you will be on call to support staffing needs at various locations, with a flexible schedule that may vary week to week and no guaranteed fixed hours or shifts.*

• Greet all residents, guests, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain front desk coverage at all times unless properly relieved.
• Answer phones and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Ensure all visitors are signed in and accounted for.
• Receive, log, and distribute packages and deliveries accurately.
• Communicate effectively with management, staff, and residents/tenants.
• Report any safety concerns, maintenance issues, or incidents immediately.
• Keep the front desk and lobby clean, organized, and presentable.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service, concierge, or front desk roles preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure
• Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required
