Duration: 1 year contract

Schedule: 9:00AM to 5:00PM (35 hour work week)

Work Setup: (Onsite) Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (Remote) Monday and Friday

Payrate: $23.49/hr

You will be assisting the Renovation team answering Franchisee questions and reviewing design packages. You may also need to assist in writing Property Improvement Plans for Architectural renovations from time to time, depending on needs. Timely response is critical for this role and taking initiative is a key to the overall success of this function. You will be reviewing Interior Design for 9 hotels.

Role not doing design work. It s a supportive role, supporting designers.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design from a FIDER or CIDA accredited program or equivalent
• 1-2 years hospitality design experience
• Knows AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Bluebeam, InDesign, Excel
• SPEXX software knowledge is a plus, but not required
• PIP Writer is a plus, but not required
• Confident public speaker comfortable interacting with Franchise hotel owners
• Experience preparing design presentations, design mood boards, reviewing shop drawing submittals
