Site​/Civil Project Engineer

Dewberry is currently seeking a Site/Civil Project Engineer in our Parsippany, NJ;
Mount Laurel, NJ; or King of Prussia, PA offices
. The Project Engineer will perform a variety of civil engineering functions in support of a growing, multi-disciplinary site development design group. The Project Engineer must be flexible, technologically savvy and client focused.

• Perform diverse civil engineering duties and technical work requiring strong capabilities in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, hydraulics software, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Learn and become proficient in Dewberry engineering practices, standards, and software programs.

• BS degree in Civil Engineering.
• PE license required.
• 5-10 years of progressive design experience directly related to site/civil development projects in the PA and/or NJ area.
• Experience in stormwater management design techniques.
• Supports Practice Leads and Management.
• Meets project and client deadlines.
• Works in a timely fashion to meet project budgets.
• Prepares graphics, exhibits, site/civil construction plans and specifications.
• Communicates effectively with clients, coworkers, subcontractors, and county/agency review staff.
• Composes technical reports, permit documents, memorandums and other written communication such as email.
• Handles multiple concurrent projects.
• Working knowledge of NJ and/or PA land development permitting and approval processes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil3D.
• Other duties as required.
• Driving is a requirement of the position. A clean driving record is required.

• Mt. Laurel, NJ: $93,888‑$120,713
