We are looking for a Drive Test Coordinator to manage field test teams, ensuring accurate data collection, timely uploads, and compliance with Carrier's Method of Procedure. This role involves daily planning, monitoring, and reporting, requiring 100% travel within Colorado, Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, Ohio.

• Coordinate field teams daily to ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Plan daily collection activities, maintain integrity of assignments/teams, and optimize performance.
• Support field teams during drive start and end, ensuring successful data upload.
• Monitor real-time progress, troubleshoot equipment/workorder issues, and provide field support.
• Generate next day schedule based on customer input and availability.
• Provide daily updates to management, escalating critical issues, and maintain client communication.
• Support Central region states:
  Colorado, Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, Ohio.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications preferred.
• Familiarity with LTE, VoLTE, CDMA, 5G, MIMO, Carrier Aggregation strongly preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in field team coordination desired.
• Experience with DAS, small cells, or CRAN installations is beneficial.
• Good computer skills.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Willingness and ability to work overtime.
